 What is Homeproo Green Service?

Homeproo professionals will use eco-friendly cleaning supplies, and equipment to clean your property.

 What do Homeproo services include?

Homeproo provides three different cleaning services Standard service, Deep Clean service, and Move In/Out service.

Standard is our basic services designed for customers to dust all surfaces, remove odor, wash sanitize the toilets, shower tubs, and take away garbage etc. A full description of a Standard service is available on our Service page.

Deep Clean service is for customers who want to deeply clean their kitchen, stove, and bathrooms etc., if those places need more attention or assume more time. A list of extra Deep services on top of Standard service include

  • Remove and clean all grease stains on stove, cooktop and kitchen fan
  • Wipe out tough stains and soap stains from shower tubs and shower windows

Move In/Out is a specific service for customers in need to clean up an empty propery after residents moving out. On top of our Standard service, we add more focus on windows, frames, and cabinets etc. The details in Move In/Out include

  • Clean interior of windows
  • Dust frames and tracks
  • Wipe out blinds and baseboards
  • Clean inside and outside of appliances and cabinets

Simply click "BOOK NOW" on our home page. You can also find BOOK NOW from the menu bar located on the top of the web page. Enter the correct zip code, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms for your property. Then choose a preferred date and time for your service. According to your situation choose the most fittable one from the three cleaning services we provide. Last but not least, fill out your property and payment information. You’re all set! Homeproo will send a well-trained professional to your door by the date and time you’ve scheduled.

 How to use a coupon code?

Find "Apply Coupon" at the top of the page you're making cleaning service order, click on it and follow the directions.

After Placing Order
 Confirmation Email

After placing a service order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure all information in the email are correct. If you find any errors, please contact us.

 How about cleaning supplies and equipment?

Our professional will prepare and bring in the eco-friendly supplies and equipment. If you prefer to use your supplies or you have any other questions, please let the professional know.

 Do I need to be onsite?

No, you do not have to. However, it is better to be present onsite at the beginning of the service. A brief communication between you and Homeproo professional is helpful to your service. If you cannot be present onsite at the scheduled time, please provide a detailed instruction to Homeproo professional on how to enter your property. You can either leave an informative comment while placing an order or you can always click Contact Us with your order information and Homeproo Support Team will assist you.

Our professional will contact you 24 hours in advance to reminder the forthcoming cleaning service. Please let our professional know if you have any questions and requests then.

Reschedule and Cancel Order
 How to reschedule an order?

Log in your personal account, navigate to Active Orders, find and click on the order you want to reschedule.

 Rescheduling restrictions

Rescheduling is only allowed 24 hours in advance. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 How to cancel an order?

Log in your personal account, navigate to Active Orders, find and click on the order.

 Are there cancellation restrictions?

No, you can cancel your order anytime.

Cancellation and Refund
 How much to refund if you cancel an order?

We have the following rules for refund if you cancel an order.

  • A full refund if you cancel an order 24 hours in advance of your scheduled date and time
  • A half refund if you cancel within 24 hours prior to your scheduled date and time
  • A half refund if you totally forgot your scheduled service
  • A half refund if Homeproo professional could not enter your property to perform services due to any other reasons
  • A full refund if Homeproo profesional did not come to perform cleaning services
 How to get the refund?

We will refund directly to your credit card.

 How soon to get the refund?

The refund usually takes about 3-5 business days. Please contact us if you don't see the refund in your card.

File a Complaint
 What to do if my cleaning professional never came ?

You must file a complaint within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time. To file a complaint, please log in your personal account, find Finished Orders, click on the Order you want to file a complaint then click on the File Complaint.

 How about if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning services?

We're sorry to hear our professional's services did not meet your expectations. that's why we have our Guarantee program. Customer's satisfaction is always our top priority! Please file a complaint and you will be automatically covered by our Guarantee program. According to our Guarantee program, we will send another Professional to fix the problem.

 How to get the receipt?

Please log in your personal account, find the Finished Orders list, click on the order and follow the directions.

 Change personal information

Please log in your personal account, navigate to My Profile, then Personal Info.

 What about if I have a vacation house or a second house?

Please log in your personal account, navigate to My Profile, then Personal Info to add the second property address. After that, navigate back to Make Order page, you would be able to make order on your second address.
